To open a 285win Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Pakistani contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
Each individual may register only one Account on the 285win Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 285win employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 285win reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all Wagers placed, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Age Verification: 285win conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail verification will be suspended, and any funds deposited prior to verification may be refunded at 285win's discretion minus any applicable processing fees.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 285win username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account — including all Wagers placed and deposits made — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 285win immediately by contacting our support team. 285win will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period.
285win is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address. 285win reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 285win reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to affected Players in advance. 285win will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.
285win currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 285win does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts not registered in your name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the selected payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed after successful completion of KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one to three business days. 285win reserves the right to extend processing times in cases requiring additional fraud or security checks.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made while a bonus wagering requirement is active may result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance. Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are tracked separately within your 285win Account.
285win does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. 285win accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Currency Note: All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings on 285win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place on the Platform.
285win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms will take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by 285win are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. 285win reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the wagering requirement and at what percentage.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other ongoing promotions are subject to individual eligibility criteria. 285win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting low house-edge bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or using third-party funds to trigger bonuses — will have their bonus balance voided and their Account reviewed for potential closure.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
285win reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects system error, data feed failure, or fraudulent activity. A Wager is only accepted when it is confirmed by the 285win system and a confirmation reference is issued to the Player.
In the event of a system, software, or data error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, 285win reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and refund the relevant stakes. All game outcomes generated by a demonstrably faulty random number generator or corrupted data feed are void.
For cricket, football, UFC, and all other sports markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 285win's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules will apply. These are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from their Account settings at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. 285win encourages all Players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 285win Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all Wagers, and forfeiture of balances, as well as referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 285win.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 285win, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 285win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 285win reserves the right to carry out maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect Platform availability.

285win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time with or without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 285win is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) 285win reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) you have used the Platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Upon Account closure by 285win for cause, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance may be returned at 285win's discretion following investigation, where no fraudulent activity is established. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue in full force.
285win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 285win will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the 285win Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 285win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.
